Or pay big money to plaster our faces all over billboards and trucks. Most Real Estate companies charge 5-6% to assist a seller in the transaction and if they sell it in 2 days without another Realtor, they take the whole 5-6%!  Hiring us to represent you will save you thousands of dollars. We know that the service we provide is superior since our goal is QUALITY not QUANTITY!

We have a program that will automatically email listings of homes that meet your criteria the moment it comes on the Multiple Listing Service. You can then review the information at your convenience and advise us which homes you would like to see.  We will then set up appointments and view the homes with you.
